6 - ripe bananas
1 - box Nabisco Nilla wafers
2 - boxes jello instant vanilla pudding
4 - cups of milk
 
Pour Nilla wafers in a bowl
Cut bananas and mix in
Mix jello pudding and milk in blender
Pour pudding mix over wafers and bananas
Let set in refrigerator until cold

Whole Wheat Banana Bread

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar or raw sugar
1 egg
1 cup unsifted stoneground whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unsifted unbleached white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1-1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas (2 large or 3 small)
1/4 cup buttermilk or yogurt  

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cream butter and sugar together until light and creamy. Beat in egg.
3. Sift together the whole wheat flour, white flour, bakng soda and salt.  Combine the bananas and buttermilk, stirring just enough to mix.
4. Add dry ingredients alternately with banana mixture, stirring just enough to combine well.
5. Turn into an oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
6. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool in the pan 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and finish cooling on a rack
